Barbara received her Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Southern California in 1974. After working for several years in the mental health field, she began painting silk fabrics for clothing designers in Los Angeles, which led to her own line of hand painted silk wearable art. For the past 17 years, Barbara has been creating mixed media art. It has been placed in several Harrah’s hotels, Del Webb’s Vacation Villas, Toyota of America facilities, the University of Wisconsin, numerous Macy’s department stores and First American Title Company corporate offices. Barbara also does a great deal of work for the model home industry, with art installations in Thailand, Beijing, China and throughout the United States.
